Terms and conditions

OZ Jewel (online shop) sells products to private persons in Finland and abroad. We reserve all rights to change the terms and conditions, and the prices. Prices include the Finnish VAT 24%. These terms and conditions apply to the entire contents and orders placed at OZ Jewel`s  website (“Site”). Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. Placing an order indicates that you accept the terms. These terms will form a contract between you and OZ Jewel.

The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the online store checkout function. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, product prices and delivery costs.

If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent to that email address. The ordered products and the price appear in the order confirmation.


Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. Visma Payments Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of Visma Pay. Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy is shown as the receiver of your payment in the bank account listing and in your invoice. Paying with Visma Pay is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.

The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

Payment methods

With Visma Pay you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit). The following methods of payment are supported: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, Jousto, Fellow Lasku, Fellow Yrityslasku, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard payment cards.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.

Orders are mailed on weekdays. If the product is in stock, delivery within 2-5 days of ordering, most often we will send the packages immediately on the following working day. Products that are temporarily out of stock will be delivered as soon as possible after ordering, but within three (3) weeks of ordering. If you wish, you can confirm the delivery time in advance by sending an email to our customer service info@ozjewel.com.

If you are in a hurry with your order, i.e. you need the product for the next day, please contact us directly, either by email info@ozjewel.com or by phone at +358 9 6224433, (Mon – Fri 11:00 – 17 00 UTC+02:00 ). In addition to the normal shipping methods, Matkahuolto’s Express Parcel is available for delivery, which is usually received the following day. The cost of any express package will be added to the price of the product.

Packaging and postage costs for Matkahuolto’s shipments in Finland are 10€ per shipment and they are automatically added to all orders in the shopping cart. For orders over 500€, delivery is always free. Shipping costs to EU countries are 20€ and for other international shipments 40€.

It is also possible to pick up products ordered from the online store directly from our store.

If you are not fully satisfied with the order or if you want to change to another size, you may return or exchange the purchased product within 14 days of receiving it.

The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in the original packaging.

Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us and the cost of delivery of the return. We will refund delivery costs only if the product we have sent is incorrect or faulty. Please also note that customers are solely responsible for import tax and customs duties when required, and these are not refundable. After we have received the returned product and checked that it meets all requirements, we will refund the sum of the order.

Custom-made or modified products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Before sending any returns or exchanges, please contact us by email to our customer service at info(at)ozjewel.com.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the refund is approved, the money will be refunded directly to your account upon receiving and processing of the refund. 

Problem situations during transport and for defective products

If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, this must be reported immediately, but within 14 days to the online store. Packages damaged in delivery must be reported immediately to the company responsible for delivery.

Order cancellation, liability for errors and complaints

Prior to delivery, the order can be canceled by written notice via email. The online store has a legal liability for defects in the products sold.

The consumer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.

Taxes, duties, customs etc.

International customers are responsible for their country’s customs, taxes, duties, and/or VAT fees. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are encouraged to contact your local customs office.


All elements on the Site are protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights. OZ Jewel also owns the copyright in the commissioned work, unless otherwise agreed. They remain the exclusive property of OZ Jewel.


Any dispute concerning these conditions is to be settled in accordance with Finnish law, since OZ Jewel is situated in Finland, and since Finland is the country where all business transactions take place. OZ Jewel(Business ID: 1092492-8) follows the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Complaints.
