We ship to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden and United Kingdom, Norge, Island.

How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost?
All orders are shipped from Finland. The processing time of each product is different. Please see the additional information of the product. If you have any special requests concerning the shipping, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We use postal service for both domestic and international shipping. The postage and handling will be added in all orders.
Finland: 6€ / order
EU countries: 8€ / order
non-EU countries: 10€ / order

We offer free shipping for orders over 150€.

International customers are responsible for their country’s customs, taxes, duties and/or VAT fees. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are encouraged to contact your local customs office.
Please notice that 24 % VAT will be added to the list price in the shopping cart.
Can I return or exchange my order?
If you are not fully satisfied with the order or if you want to change to another size, you may return purchased product within 14 days after receiving it.
The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, and unused in the original packaging.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. After we have received the returned product and checked that it meets all requirements, we will refund the sum of the order. Unfortunately the cost of delivery cannot be refunded. We will refund delivery costs only if the product we have sent is incorrect or faulty. Please also note that customers are solely responsible for import tax and customs duties when required, and these are not refundable.
Custom-made or modified products cannot be returned or exchanged.
