OZ Jewel sell products to adult private persons in Finland and selected countries inside and outside EU. Product prices include 24 % VAT. We reserve rights to change product prices and postal costs.
Placing an order
Products are ordered via Internet from ozjewel.com shopping cart. All orders are confirmed with an e-mail notification that includes among other things total price of the order, postal costs and ordered products. In order place an order and receive an e-mail confirmation, a working e-mail address is necessary. When placing an order the customer accepts the terms of delivery.

Nordea Connect acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider.

Nordea Connect provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For consumer the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments.
Our normal delivery time for items in stock is between 5-14 days, but can be quicker for simple items or longer for more complicated request. If the product is out of stock temporarily, we aim to deliver, however, within three (3) weeks of the order.
Delivery method & postal costs
All orders are sent trough Posti as a postal package or letter depending on the weight of the order. Postal costs include packing and shipping. Postal costs are shown after choosing delivery- and payment methods. International customers are responsible for their country’s customs, taxes, duties and/or VAT fees. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are encouraged to contact your local customs office.
We ship to
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom. We also ship to Canada, Japan and United States. Any other countries please contact us before ordering: email@example.com.
Product changes & returns
If you are not fully satisfied with the order or if you want to change to another size, you may return purchased product within 14 days after receiving it.
The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, and unused in the original packaging.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. After we have received the returned product and checked that it meets all requirements, we will refund the sum of the order. Unfortunately the cost of delivery cannot be refunded. We will refund delivery costs only if the product we have sent is incorrect or faulty. Please also note that customers are solely responsible for import tax and customs duties when required, and these are not refundable.
Custom-made or modified products cannot be returned or exchanged.
